We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can utilize their creative and technical skills to design and implement innovative space planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create bespoke designs and layouts for various projects, taking into account the client's specific needs and objectives.
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and to present design concepts that meet their expectations.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Produce high-quality presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) to showcase design ideas and concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in space planning or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
