Job Title: Location Scheduling Specialist

Position Summary:

This role is the first of three levels within the Scheduling Specialist job family, requiring supervision and mentoring. The main responsibility is to maximize field consultants' time with clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule assigned field visits by overseeing workload and calendars.
  • Communicate with clients and coordinate visit times.
  • Prepare and distribute visit agendas.
  • Work with work assignment teams and Client Service Teams to resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience required.
  • Customer service and work scheduling experience or strongly correlated work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Embraces teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and solid math aptitude.
