Job Title: Passenger Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all passengers receive a world-class experience during their visit.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations with excellent attention to detail.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • You are an expert in providing exceptional customer service and can adapt to changing situations quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review records/logs/reports/mails of previous day operations and identify deviations for corrective action.
  2. Instruct the team on the next course of action and liaise with concerned departments for corrective action.
  3. Prioritize and address escalated issues from Customers/Stakeholders/Team Members.
  4. Communicate action plans regarding complaints to Customers/Stakeholders/Team Members and HOD.
  5. Follow up on unresolved issues with relevant stakeholders/HOD regarding GR Operations or Infrastructure.
  6. Plan system for recording events and highlighting operational issues to Team Lead.
  7. Plan protocol arrangements for VVIPs/VIPs and execute planned/unplanned events/facilitation with internal & external agencies.
  8. Execute processes to manage operational continuity at KIAB.
  9. Ensure operational activities in lounges & VIP Terminal are recorded and maintained for future requirements.
  10. Frame, review, and update SOPs and guidelines for Guest Relations operations.
  11. Plan, execute, and review agreed processes and plan and execute processes for contingency management.
  12. Identify process flaws and amend guidelines accordingly.
  13. Maintain coordination with Govt. Agencies, Concessioners, State Protocol Dept., MEA, Govt. of India, major industries, and industry bodies.
  14. Coordinate with high officials of State and Central Government.
  15. Maintain coordination with High Commissions/Trade Commissions in Bengaluru.
  16. Represent BIAL in advance protocol coordination with BCAS, MOCA, MEA, MOD, and MHA for VVIP movements.
  17. Assist Senior Management in enhancing operational performance.
  18. Provide adequate resources to the Team as per guidelines.
  19. Coordinate with Admin for team-related activities.
  20. Coordinate contractual/procurement requirements with Operation Support by providing required information.
