Job Description:

This role involves collaborating with the project team to complete projects within their planned scope, schedule, and budget. You will be responsible for establishing project timelines, coordinating Jira tickets, providing reporting, collecting client settings for configurations, validating configuration settings, managing progress on gap items, and generally assisting in delivering product implementations for clients.

Responsibilities include creating project schedules and defining project deliverables based on project scope, tracking and managing project milestones and customer-reported issues, communicating status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, scope amendments, and key customer communication archives, creating and managing configuration documentation for client projects, being the primary point of contact for all client inquiries for managed projects, working closely with Product Development and Engineering to resolve complex issues reported by customers, and providing regular input to the management team on process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required, preferably in the financial services or software industry, with increasing demonstrated responsibility and success. Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to build detailed project plans and track and enforce project plans to ensure stakeholder accountability and timely completion.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word, is highly desirable. Experience with reporting and analytics, as well as work management platforms like Wrike or Smartsheet, is also preferred. Additionally, the ability to think out of the box and provide innovative solutions to challenges, leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency, and perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment is valuable.
