Asset Lifecycle Manager

Job Title: Asset Lifecycle Manager

Experience Required: 1.6 Years of experience in IT asset coordination or management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to retirement, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal utilization.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools, facilitating effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using MS Excel, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and other internal teams to achieve collective goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting), with proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools, with an emphasis on adaptability and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
