Asset Management Director

- Lead a team of professionals responsible for asset and contract management.
- Develop a deep understanding of operational requirements and maintain the highest level of performance in your team.
- Ensure all assets and contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as needed.
- Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform.
- Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes.
- Establish effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities.
- Develop training and development opportunities for team members.
- Embody Computacenter's winning together values.
- Manage resourcing requirements.
- Cultivate a team environment that fosters exceptional interactions and ensures all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
- Respond to correspondence and collaborate with Functional teams for day-to-day operations.
- Act on team member feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
