Job Summary

This role involves serving as the subject matter expert for database administration and best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining database management systems, monitoring performance and implementing optimizations, developing backup and recovery processes, ensuring security protocols and data protection measures, and collaborating across teams to provide solutions and support business applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database design principles and best practices, expertise in backup, recovery and replication strategies, familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning, knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB administration.
