About this role: A seasoned Oracle DBA is needed to oversee the daily operations of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle server software.
  • Monitoring application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Database design and implementation.
  • Implementing and maintaining database security (creating and maintaining users and roles, assigning privileges).
  • Providing 24×7 support when required.
  • General technical troubleshooting and consultation to development teams.
  • Patch management and version control.
  • Database and application tuning and performance monitoring.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and applications knowledge in Supply Chain and Financials.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c.
  • Demantra Administration experience.
  • Exadata and Data Guard knowledge.
  • PL/SQL and Linux scripting skills.
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra experience.
  • General database skills.
