Senior SQL Developer Position

The Senior SQL Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing databases using various platforms, including SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB. This position demands strong database administration skills, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of the databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement databases that meet business requirements, utilizing SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Maintain database security, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless system integration and availability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to databases, facilitating easy understanding and maintenance.
  • Support reporting team members by providing expert advice on database queries and data requirements.
  • Offer Power BI support and work closely with the development team to integrate AI solutions.
  • Design and develop customized Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a DBA, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance principles for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Proven experience in database migrations and deployments, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
