About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to own and optimize key business platforms for Customer Success.

Job Description

This role involves ensuring secure access, accurate data, and optimized workflows in Planhat and Salesforce Service Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into platform roadmaps that drive adoption, process efficiency, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless access to critical systems.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Automate and integrate systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Enable teams to effectively utilize tools for enhanced customer outcomes.
  • Maintain system health to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS systems administration or customer success operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Planhat.
  • Proven record of engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps.
  • Strong automation, workflow, and data management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent work style.
  • Strong English communication skills.
