Customer Support Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, where you will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues escalated by colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Customer support and service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
