Job Profile

As a seasoned Credit Analysis Expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the lending team with underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive credit memos for transactions that highlight key financial and market insights.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations to mitigate them effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the lending team to drive timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting with financial institutions or lenders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to craft professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Desirable: exposure to real estate debt and strong financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
