Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead in-store visibility, channel activations, and retail engagement strategies for a leading global brand.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem and be able to develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive sales and strengthen relationships with offline retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Trade Marketing Plans
  • Plan and Manage Promotional Campaigns
  • Drive Channel-Specific Marketing Initiatives
  • Optimize Product Visibility

Retail & Partner Engagement

  • Build Strong Relationships with Retail Partners
  • Develop Sales Enablement Tools
  • Monitor and Analyze Initiative Effectiveness

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage Trade Marketing Budget
  • Track and Analyze ROI on Trade Marketing Activities
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing.
  • Strong experience in in-store activations, retail merchandising, and POS strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute retail marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
