Data Driven Insights Specialist for E-commerce Growth

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our Central Homepage Marketing & Events team at Amazon.in. As a Data Driven Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for making effective decisions based on data from multiple sources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data, with experience in tools such as Redshift, Oracle, and NoSQL. They should also have expertise in data visualization using Tableau or similar tools.
This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling and data pipeline design, as well as experience with statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The successful candidate will be able to communicate actionable recommendations across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution and long-term expansion of the program.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. If you are passionate about e-commerce and working with data to drive business growth, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Create customized segmentation solutions to inform insights and develop multiple segmentation analyses
- Design scale-able and self-serve approaches for the marketing team using data visualization techniques
- Set up analytics infrastructure and create segmented homepage metrics
- Provide data and analytics to marketing teams for campaigns and measure efficiency
- Manage ad hoc projects and define ongoing dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide actionable insights
