Job Overview

The role of a Manager in our organization involves leading a team that supports Accounting and Finance Technology platforms.

  • Team Leadership: This entails managing engineers and operations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support to ensure the team's growth and success.
  • Delivery Oversight: As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time with high quality and compliance.
  • Operational Management: You will oversee the smooth running of Accounting and Finance platforms to guarantee adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Your key responsibility will be to resolve incidents effectively; coordinate root cause analysis and track corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Process Adherence: As a manager, you will ensure the team follows established best practices, including code reviews, change management, monitoring, and compliance.
  • Resource Allocation: Assigning work across the team will be your responsibility, balancing project and operational demands while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting: Track and report on team progress, system performance, and operational metrics to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, tooling improvements, and efficiency gains to drive business excellence.
