The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to resolve issues.
As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Update CRM systems and make outbound calls daily using provided leads
- Verify and screen prospective customer data to ensure accuracy
- Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products or services
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team for lead allocation and coordination
- Ensure lead quality and accuracy before passing them to counsellors or relevant teams
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from any recognized institution
- Excellent spoken English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work US shift timings as required
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a growth mindset
