We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's data warehouse solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in database management and design, as well as experience with data integration and analytics tools.

  • This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to leverage data design expertise to properly design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM), leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  • Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure); data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computers/information systems and at least two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
