Job Title: Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Insights Analyst who will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to leverage their analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, visualization platforms, and database management systems to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work with large datasets, build analytical models, and communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position requires a quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.
  • Trend Identification: Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Collaboration and Solution Providing: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Analysis Tools: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Visualization Platforms: Must have experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Database Management Systems: Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Automation Workflows: Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred).
  • Analytical Models: Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
Preferred Attributes:
  • MIS Experience: Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting.
  • AI-Driven Analytics: Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
Education and Experience:
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
