We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Business Insights Specialist. As a key link between data, clients, and industry trends, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable solutions that empower strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on project requirements, utilizing various market research databases, tools, and methodologies.
  • Compile data and prepare reports/deliverables, ensuring an in-depth understanding of emerging trends, market assessment, and influencing factors.
  • Analyze and interpret project data to identify patterns and offer solutions/consultation to clients.
  • Support other consultants/analysts to deliver optimum results for projects.
  • Liaise with clients regarding project status, deliverables, and related information.
  • Moderate discussions with industry stakeholders (CXOs, Directors, VPs) as per project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed competitor profiles, customer profiles, and associated reports, including operational, financial, and corporate data.
  • Develop competitive benchmarking reports (technical and financial).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with data in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
