**Job Description**The primary objective of this role is to analyze sales data, gain valuable insights into market trends and historical performance. This involves working closely with management and business strategy teams to develop and implement effective strategies for company growth.This includes modeling, analyzing and preparing information on sales, products, new initiatives and organic and inorganic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, preferably within a sales or marketing context.Responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement data-driven strategies for business growth.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and challenges, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating meaningful reports and presentations to visualize sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data insights.
  • Providing regular updates on funnel performance for the sales team.
**Requirements**The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis, including Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
