Job Title

**Program/Project Management Representative** is responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage enterprise-level Mac desktop support. This includes deploying Mac desktops at scale within the customer environment, designing and implementing zero-touch deployment solutions using Jamf products, and deploying and maintaining new and existing NAS servers.

  • Mandatory Requirements:
    • Certified in macOS/iOS with a minimum of 5+ years of experience for CL 11.
    • Certified in macOS/iOS with a minimum of 8+ years of experience for CL 10.
  • Technical Experience:
    • Mandatory working experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management), particularly with Tunes and Jamf in Mac support.
    • Ensuring Mac user issue resolution and satisfaction above all.
    • Able to identify and resolve iOS level issues.
    • Install, configure, and support hardware and software on macOS devices.
    • Experience in managing macOS data backup, file transfer, and mail backup.
    • Experienced in iOS application installation/management and application deployment.
    • Experience in Mac system format, new installation, user profile configuration, and VPN setup knowledge.
    • Experienced in EDR Antivirus uninstallation/installation/configuration on MacBooks.
    • Working knowledge on issues such as admin account password reset, enabling root user, Office 365 issues, and local account creation.
    • Able to maintain OS level patching.
    • Experience with Jamf.
    • Understanding of how to enroll new users through Intune on Mac devices.
    • Expertise in day-to-day challenges while providing support to Mac devices.
    • Ability to disable Bluetooth through Command.
    • Knowledge of Terminal and Firewall configurations.
