Job Title: Enterprise Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with extensive experience in enterprise integration, architecture, and software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies that align technology with business objectives.

About You:
  • You have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of integration patterns and principles.
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Elicit requirements from business users through workshops and meetings.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Conduct daily scrums and coordinate tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in software development and integration.
  • Strong domain knowledge of insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Personal Insurance Industry in P&C (Motor), Life, Claims, Accountancy, Portfolio Management.
  • Previous experience in RGI Core Insurance Platform is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
