Senior Payroll Specialist
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in all aspects of payroll processing, including calculation, reporting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will also possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Collecting timesheet data, entering payroll information, calculating wages and benefits.
- Payroll Administration: Maintaining records, preparing paychecks, and processing cash deposits.
- Payroll Tax Compliance: Handling tax lodgments, e-TDS filing, and annual returns.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Business or related field with 4-6 years of experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Oral and written.
- Documentation and Excel Skills: Proficiency in documentation and Excel software.
- Payroll Software Proficiency: Expertise in payroll software and systems.
- Reliability, Honesty, and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently, think critically, and resolve complex problems.
- Multi-Country Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of multi-country payroll and taxation requirements.
