We are seeking a professional to join our organization as a strategic demand planner. This role is critical to our business, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that supply meets demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data, historical trends, and market insights to create accurate demand forecasts
  • Facilitate monthly forecast review meetings to drive consensus across departments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply chains
  • Evaluate and improve forecast accuracy by identifying root causes of variances
  • Develop strategies to manage inventory levels and minimize waste
  • Utilize technology platforms, such as ERP systems, to create data-driven plans
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting methods

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or operations. They should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
