Job Title: Strategic Inventory Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Inventory Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing stock replenishment, and ensuring timely delivery of consumer promotions, new launches, and seasonal plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic inventory management plans to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Manage safety stock norms and maintain optimal stock levels across all CFAs
  • Ensure fill rates (OTIF) at all CFAs across the country
  • Coordinate with demand and supply teams to align and ensure stock availability
  • Monitor and analyze inventory turnover rates, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2-4 years of work experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or distribution in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
