Lead Procurement Strategist - Inventory Management Expert

Job Description:

This is a key leadership role in our Supply Chain operations, requiring a seasoned expert to optimize procurement trends, negotiate with manufacturers and vendors, and drive price agreements for high-value medical supplies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vendor negotiations, compliance, and SOP implementation. A strategic leader with strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities is required to monitor trends, identify opportunities, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct VMI analysis to identify opportunities and monitor trends.
  • Lead negotiations with manufacturers and vendors to set new pricing and service benchmarks.
  • Drive group-wide price agreements for critical medical supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, focusing on performance, delivery, and compliance.
  • Implement and operate VMI systems across all hospital units.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent with minimum 10-15 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management is essential. Proven experience in vendor negotiations, compliance, and SOP implementation is crucial.
