Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Planner to lead our distribution planning efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in supply chain management, particularly in the consumer products and FMCG sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories. They will also align planning with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution.

In addition to leading the distribution plan, this role involves designing robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints. The Supply Chain Planner must ensure product availability for billing across all channels and define inventory holding policies and norms based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.

This position requires a proactive mindset with the ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with sales teams, warehouse teams, and logistics teams to drive overall efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.
  • Design and implement robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints.
  • Ensure product availability for billing across all channels.
  • Define and monitor inventory holding policies and norms based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Distribution Planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
