Supply Chain Director Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize the supply chain process, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies
  • Manage End-to-End Supply Chain Operations
  • Optimize Vendor Relationships and Negotiate Contracts
  • Monitor Supply Chain Performance and Implement Process Improvements
  • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, and Logistics Teams
  • Ensure Compliance with Trade Regulations and Industry Standards
  • Oversee Import/Export Activities and Customs Clearance
  • Develop Contingency Plans for Supply Chain Disruptions
  • Manage and Mentor the Supply Chain Team
  • Implement Digital Tools and ERP Systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
