Key Responsibilities:
You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to identify, source, and hire top talent across the region. You will advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets. Your primary focus will be to recruit for our assigned functions of the organization, depending on business needs. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities. Partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates. Effectively collaborate with our highly effective team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators. Ensure Weekly Hiring Updates and keep each Stakeholder updated with Dashboards. Manage Vendors and their performance to ensure hiring within timelines alongside quality of Hire. Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems. Executing the Employer Branding Initiatives for Listenlights.

Mandatory Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred. Experience: 3 years to 5 years. The ideal candidate should have proven experience on closing roles like Engineering Projects, Project Controls, BIM Modelling & Design, Corporate Functions, and Quality Control roles. Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential. As a senior TA role, we need to head-hunt top talent and explain clearly why Listenlights is the right opportunity for them. Proven experience working with Internal and External Stakeholders is necessary. Extensive exposure in managing source mix – both Internal & External: like Naukri, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portals. Ability to train teams, understand complex searches, and best practices in using these platforms. Strong headhunting skills with the ability to conduct market research and map target passive candidates through Company Mapping. Negotiation Skills and understanding of CTC Calculation are required. Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest-growing departments in the company. High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook. For roles the candidate has worked on, they should have a database of top candidates. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a strong database of top talent across relevant industry roles. Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems: FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone / TurboHire / Darwinbox is mandatory. Adherence to Listenlights SOCH Principles is required. Preferable to have analytical abilities and past experience preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint.
