Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner

Location: Mumbai or Hyderabad, India

Onsite working required.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for implementing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet the company's personnel needs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Workforce Planning and Resource Forecasting: Collaborate with hiring managers across business units to identify organizational hiring needs and develop resource forecasts.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment performance and align it with business objectives.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Shortlisting: Screen potential candidates, evaluate their qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline the hiring process to provide hiring managers with sufficient qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure seamless candidate application and interview experiences.
  • Brand Awareness and Social Media Presence: Enhance the organization's social media presence to increase brand awareness.
  • Recruitment Agency Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to secure critical hires within set timelines.
  • Diversity Recruitment: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates across all business areas.
  • Hiring Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on hiring metrics to ensure timely achievement of hiring targets.
  • Compliance: Adhere to hiring policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources: Preferred qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of End-to-End Recruitment experience: Required in IT and Non-IT hiring, including domestic and international positions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work overlapping hours with teams in different time zones.
  • Online Networking Tools and Database Search Experience: Familiarity with online networking tools and experience searching on recruitment databases as needed.
  • Talent Sourcing Improvement: Ability to enhance direct hiring and expand talent sourcing.
  • Strong Hiring Manager Satisfaction Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster positive team relationships, and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Task Prioritization and Deadline Meeting: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Salary Estimate: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
