Job Title

As a strategic HR leader, you will oversee the entire HR function for our organization.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition across industries, excellent communication skills, and experience in various aspects of HR.

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through initial screening, personal interviews/telephonic interviews, and handling the entire joining process.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel, and coach employees.
  • Cultivating and developing a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out administrative duties.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through employee engagement, motivation, and preservation.
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Involved in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling relevant profiles for respective roles.
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
