Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing our recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, administering HR policies, and implementing training and development programs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry would be an asset.
