Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in a full-time position. This role is suited to candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll processing. The following qualifications and skills are required:
  • Proficiency in employee relations, including managing employee issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience in recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll management.
  • Understanding of HR policies and practical experience in implementing HR procedures and guidelines.
  • Strong benefits administration skills, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits and perks.
  • Proficiency in compliance, ensuring all HR activities align with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Data management skills, particularly in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.


Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring all staff members are aware and compliant.
  • Handle benefits administration, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records and data management systems.
  • Resolve conflicts among employees, using effective mediation techniques.
