Senior Project Manager

The role of a Senior Project Manager is pivotal in bringing luxury brand visions to life. At the forefront of delivering exceptional retail experiences, this individual will play a key part in shaping the future of luxury retail spaces.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in shopfitting, luxury retail, or bespoke furniture. They will be responsible for representing our company as the primary point of contact for global luxury brand clients, communicating confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations, and translating design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive projects from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure seamless execution across all project phases.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust, reliability, and impeccable delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of English, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, in-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
