Luxury Sales Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked individual to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels. The role covers prime markets in Mumbai and holiday home destinations in Goa, Alibaug, and Lonavala, with a strong focus on the resale luxury market.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for luxury sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and intermediaries.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels.
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in prime markets and holiday home belts.
  • Marketing & Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through digital campaigns, media spends, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, ability to navigate complex resale transactions, exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
