Boutique Store Manager - Bridal Fashion

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boutique Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team of stylists and support staff, drive sales by engaging clients, and maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
  • Store Aesthetics: Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
