Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of our retail operations, including building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients, developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, and motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.

  • End to end ownership of the store's retail operations
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with HNI clients and exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
