Job Description

WhiteSlips Job Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audits in the O&M phase, ensuring compliance with functional ways of working and guidelines, and minimizing observations in IA audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage audits in the O&M phase, encompassing asset replacements, site hygiene, earthing, tower/pole maintenance, and tower strengthening.
  • Continuously raise the bar through effective interventions, technical training, and validation of closure status of O&M hygiene points.
  • Ensure adherence to functional ways of working and guidelines, minimizing observations in IA audits and avoiding repeat issues.
  • Comply with the code of conduct and fraud and integrity analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with training and certification of audit engineers.
  • Investigate fire incidents and tower collapses, providing detailed root cause analysis.
  • Report audit outcomes as per schedule, enabling timely responses and corrective actions by stakeholders.
  • Provide inputs towards share of business based on audit performance.
  • Manage escalation and reporting of critical incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and audit management.
  • Strong knowledge of functional ways of working and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
