Sap Service Delivery Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Functional modules and experience in managing stakeholders at general management level.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contract conditions, ensuring the team is performing as per those conditions, and accountable for KPIs and financial management for fixed-price contracts.
  • They will also be operationally involved with customers, domain leaders, and teams to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • This role requires a good understanding of ITIL processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with teams for continuous improvement.

About the Role

The SAP Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving innovation and value adds, working closely with the team to ensure continuous improvement, and being open to travel to France for short-term assignments if required.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage stakeholders at general management level and represent the project.
  2. Manage the contract conditions and ensure the team is performing as per those conditions.
  3. Be accountable for KPIs and financial management for fixed-price contracts.
  4. Operate daily with Customers, Domain Leaders, Teams to make sure that day-to-day operations are managed efficiently.
  5. Drive Innovation and Value Adds.
Qualifications
  • B.E., B.Tech., or MCA degree.
