Business Analyst - Lending Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a lending expert, you will play a key role in defining scope, understanding business processes and problem statements, and identifying key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business users to define project scope, understand business processes, identify problem statements and pain areas.
  • Identify and construct stakeholder analysis for successful project delivery.
  • Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
  • Participate in client requirement workshops and identify gaps together with high-level proposals for their resolution.
  • Analyse client business requirements, liaise with clients/project teams and prepare business process documents.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in the lending domain with a good understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
  • Experience of implementing Temenos Core Banking System is an added advantage.
  • Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations and communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner.
  • Experience in documenting business case, business process modelling, requirement elicitation through workshops.
  • Manage projects from inception through design to delivery.
  • IT background with a solid grounding in technology.
  • Experience of working in both Agile & Waterfall SDLCs.
