Job Role Overview

The Systems Integration Advisor is a key position in driving business success by providing expert analysis and solutioning support to internal and external clients.

  • Conducts thorough business needs assessments and recommends solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Participates in feasibility discussions and serves as a liaison between stakeholders, operations, and IT teams.
  • Evaluates requirements, translates them into system specifications, and considers the business implications of technology applications.
  • Defines systems scope and objectives based on end-user needs and a deep understanding of business systems, applications, and industry requirements.

This role requires experience in end-to-end business operations, optimal system functionality for Life and Annuity product lines, and functional systems design and operations planning.
