Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for employees, managing salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data. They will also handle statutory compliance, prepare and validate salary sheets, and ensure error-free disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish, including managing employee data, calculating salaries, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements are met, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws.
  • Salary Sheet Preparation: Prepare accurate and error-free salary sheets, including calculations and validations.
  • Disbursement Management: Ensure seamless disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in using Excel formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex payroll data and resolve errors.
  • Payroll Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll processes, including statutory compliance and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
