We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Commercial Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing effective incentive compensation plans that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data from various sources. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incentive compensation plans that align with business goals.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
