We invite applications for the Technical Associate – Service Desk role at Genpact, a position that plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure System Availability: Guarantee 24/7/365 uptime for all systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • IT Process Understanding: Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of IT processes and procedures, adhering to them diligently.
  • User Account Management: Provision, de-provision, and maintain Active Directory user accounts across multiple domains.
  • Active Directory Security Groups: Provision and maintain Active Directory security groups.
  • Service Accounts: Provision, de-provision, and maintain service accounts.
  • Email Account Management: Provision and de-provision Email accounts on O365, resolving any synchronization issues between AD and email accounts.
  • Directory Standards: Manage and implement active directory standards, encompassing object naming, creation (import/export functions), and group policy design.
  • Documentation and Self-Guided Resolution: Develop documentation to facilitate self-guided issue resolution procedures for Service Desk personnel, including checklists and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports via Active Directory to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and possess knowledge of customer service practices.
  • ServiceNow/Salesforce Expertise: Possess experience working with ServiceNow/Salesforce and run reports within these platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of experience in IT or a similar domain is required.
  • Good Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic networking, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Service Request Management, O365 Tools, and PC/Laptop is mandatory.
