Description:

We seek a skilled professional to strengthen our mission by amplifying educational impact through effective storytelling, digital engagement, and advocacy. As an Education Impact Professional - Communications & Social Media, you will build a vibrant community of educators, engage stakeholders, and reshape the narrative of government schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compelling digital campaigns to foster teacher engagement.
  • Identify and showcase impactful stories from schools and classrooms.
  • Craft high-quality content for various platforms, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams, and stakeholders to reimagine the image of government schools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills (proficiency in graphic design and video editing is a plus).
  • Ability to track engagement and refine strategies with analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach.
  • Passion for education, community building, and creating large-scale social impact.
