Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance and optimization of servers, storage networks and virtualization platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage hybrid cloud environments AWS Azure and ensure seamless integration with on-prem infrastructure.
  • Maintain high availability disaster recovery strategies for critical systems including trading and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Implement infrastructure security best practices patch management and vulnerability assessments.
  • Work with InfoSec team on audits risk assessments and incident response.
  • Manage third-party relationships with data centre providers ISPs and managed services.
  • Monitor SLAs evaluate new vendors and negotiate service agreements.
  • Lead infrastructure projects including office relocations upgrades and cloud migrations.
  • Collaborate with application data and support teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Implement proactive monitoring tools and performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends to improve system availability reduce downtime and optimize performance.
  • Provide Tier 3 escalation support and ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
  • Define and enforce IT policies and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with server storage network and virtualization platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure security best practices.
  • Ability to work with InfoSec team on audits and incident response.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
