Research and Insights Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Research and Insights Specialist to support business development by identifying leads and opening qualified job requisitions across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, creating company profiles and org charts, analyzing hiring trends, and maintaining CRM/ATS with up-to-date research data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify clients and job opportunities through in-depth market analysis.
  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Collaborate with BD teams to generate and qualify leads, ensuring alignment with open roles.
  • Create Company Profiles: Develop comprehensive company profiles and org charts for strategic outreach purposes.
  • Analyze Hiring Trends: Conduct thorough analysis of hiring trends and salary data to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain CRM/ATS: Ensure accurate and up-to-date research data is maintained within CRM/ATS systems.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in recruitment research or sourcing, specifically in Non-IT sectors.
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of multiple Non-IT domains and the ability to navigate complex industry landscapes.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and similar tools to streamline research and lead generation processes.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with CRMs/ATS: Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date research data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Staffing Agency: Previous experience working in a staffing agency environment, specifically in Direct Hire focus.
  • Boolean Search and Talent Mapping: Familiarity with Boolean search and talent mapping techniques to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Understanding of Recruitment Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial lead generation to candidate onboarding.
