Summary:

We are hiring a Research Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in Direct Hire (Non-IT) recruiting. This role supports business development by identifying leads and opening at least 5 qualified job requisitions per week across industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, healthcare, real estate, Oil & Gas, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify clients and job opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with BD teams
  • Create company profiles and org charts for strategic outreach
  • Analyze hiring trends and salary data
  • Support recruiters with research aligned to open roles
  • Track job postings and news for potential leads
  • Maintain CRM/ATS with up-to-date research data

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years in recruitment research or sourcing (Non-IT sectors)
  • Strong industry knowledge across multiple Non-IT domains
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and similar tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRMs/ATS and lead generation

Preferred:

  • Background in staffing agency (Direct Hire focus)
  • Familiar with Boolean search and talent mapping
  • Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
