Job Opportunity: SAP SF Recruitment, ONB 2.0 Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead the implementation of SAP SF Recruitment and Onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy recruiting management and onboarding processes.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture current processes and future-state needs.
  • Develop functional specifications, design documents, and blueprints for recruitment and onboarding systems.
  • Configure system components, including job requisitions templates, candidate workflows, and offer management.
  • Manage data migration, cleansing, and upload of candidate and requisition data.
  • Ensure data integrity and handle integration points between RCM, ONB, and other modules.
  • Develop test cases, conduct unit/integration/UAT testing, and manage defect tracking.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Support change requests, enhancements, and BAU support post-go-live.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP SF Recruitment and Onboarding implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
