Senior SAP Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and upgrade of SAP solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations is required.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding 2.0 is essential.
  • The candidate should have good knowledge of Employee Central and Recruiting Management integration touchpoints.
  • Prior experience in upgrade/migration projects (1.0 → 2.0) is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for running workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client presentations.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0 are mandatory.
